Need a Workout/Dieting Buddy?

If you're anything like me, it's difficult to find a dedicated person to attach to when it comes to staying on track with your diet and fitness regimen.  I've discovered that there is such thing as a virtual buddy to keep you on track! 

My Fitness Pal is a website that keeps you on track when it comes to your fitness goals.  It's free, and you simply create an account and get started!  Here are some of the features:

  • Keep track of your calorie intake.  The site allows you to simply enter what you eat everyday so you can easily keep track of your diet.
  • Keep track of your fitness each day.  By simply entering the amount of exercise you do each day, it is simple to see how many calories you have burned.
  • Its free - really.  There are no hidden costs as you may come across on other fitness sites.
  • Use My Fitness Pal on your mobile device.  You can easily download the app for your phone and take My Fitness Pal with you!
There are many other fitness sites out there, but I have found that My Fitness Pal is the easiest to use.  Try it out by going to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/!
